Refunds

Based on EU law, you have the right to return online purchases within 14 days, which we extend to 30 days. This is sometimes referred to as the cooling-off period or the withdrawal period. You do not need to give a reason or justification for this.

You may return items under the following conditions:

• The product is returned within 30 days of the original order date (except for made-to-order items, which may have longer return periods)
• The product must be unused (except for trying on), undamaged, and include all original labels
• Personalized items cannot be returned

To Initiate a Return:

Contact us at hi@lapenicheshoes.be with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Order date
3. The product(s) you wish to return

We will provide a return shipping label. Returns are free of charge.

Original shipping costs will be refunded only if you return all items in your order. If you return only part of your order, you will be refunded the price of goods returned + delivery fees in proportion to the number of items returned.

Once the item(s) reach the warehouse and are verified to meet return conditions, your refund will be processed. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days.
