Shipping

We ship everywhere in the EU except Cyprus and Malta. Most items are shipped directly from the production ateliers in Estonia and Lithuania.

Costs

Shipping is free for orders over 70 EUR. For smaller orders, we apply a flat rate of 4,95 EUR.

Processing

Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed and shipped the next business day, except for made-to-order items from Aipi.

If your order includes products from multiple brands, they may be shipped from different warehouses. However, you will not incur any additional shipping charges.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 3-8 business days.

How we ship

To give you the best possible prices, we choose the most cost-effective and efficient courier available (we usually ship via DPD). If door-to-door shipping is available, that's what we use. If not, the package goes to the nearest pickup point. If there are no pickup points within 5 km, we deliver to your address.
