Warranty
Every product in our catalogue includes a 2-year warranty.
We are confident in the quality of our offerings but recognize that manufacturing defects may occasionally occur. Should you encounter such an issue, we are committed to resolving it promptly.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from user actions or inactions, such as improper use or accidents, after delivery. Normal wear and tear from regular use is also excluded.
When a product defect is attributable to manufacturing issues, we will either repair or replace the defective item. If neither option is feasible, we will issue a full refund upon return of the product.
Note: Only clean products will be accepted for warranty or repair work.
To Initiate a Warranty Claim:
Contact us at hi@lapenicheshoes.be with the following information:
- Order number
- Order date
- The product affected
- A detailed description of the problem, with photographs if possible
If return of an item is requested for warranty purposes, ensure it is clean (for example, boots should not be muddy). Products returned in an unclean condition will be sent back at your expense for both shipping and return costs.
